  1. Liz & I got up early and ran 2 miles on the Beltline. Then (after breakfast) we did tons of functional moving in the yard chopping down shrubs and small trees. I’m exhausted. Not kidding- if anyone wants to workout for pay, you can come haul the limbs and finish chopping for me.

    Went to the 10 a.m., where I did some tripods, some rowing, some penalty burpees, some better rowing so as to avoid penalty burpees, and some weighted sit ups.

    Ruth rode the evil bike of death and did weighted sit ups, plus some other stuff I’m not sure what it was because I was so busy avoiding penalty burpees.

    We missed you and Liz today, Joy!
