Weighted Pullups 5×2 @ 80%
With 20’ Handstand Walk between efforts

then

3 Rounds for time:
120 meter Shuttle Run (out and back 10, 20, 30 meters)
15 DB Push Press (45#/25#)
NOTE: RX+ is 5 Rounds + heavier DBs
