  1. First day back (and still recovering) after 9 days out sick. “Heavy” C&J 2X2 at 125#. Chose a “pussycat” weight at 75# for DT, but got 5 rounds in 10:39.

  2. Did this in 7 minutes last time at about the same weight.

    Today = 14+

    Proud for doing it at all. Wanted to skip today. Ha!

  3. I’ve developed a nice bronchial cough so I did DT at home for effort, not time. 105 was a little rough on the last couple rounds of jerks.
