15 minutes of gymnastics practice:
Handstand holds, freestanding handstands, and handstand walking

-then

Teams of 3
AMRAP 20:
15 Cal sprint on rower per person
20 DB thrusters per person
200 Meter Sprint as a team
NOTE: Conga line style workout. All 3 must complete each station before moving on to the next. Each time you are working it should be approached as an all out sprint.
