I worked on pull ups and DUs which didn’t seem to improve! 🙂
I got an unassisted pull up in the warm up which made me very happy so I’ll keep working on it. I got 7 DUs in a row the first minute of the workout. Then they went downhill. Need to stop donkey kicking apparently and start jumping higher…
