      1. Awwww. All the support inspired me this morning. Liz & I did a wod in our hotel gym. I did 3 rounds of 30 burpee box jumps, 5 15#DB squat clean thrusters. Followed that with 100 unbroken anchored sit ups. Love CrossFit RX! See you all soon!

  1. Again with the wall balls. Michael was exactly right – this WOD had me wishing all we had was 13.3 – but it was great to get it done.

    47:34 for 5 rounds of pike PUs, 115# PCs, legit burpees, 45# KBs, and 20# WBs.

    please post tomorrow’s wod. I know you usually wait until 9 or 10 pm but I am impatient to find out what torture awaits me tomorrow. I’m sore as heck but damn, it feels good to be back.
