100 Deadlifts (135#/95#)
80 Hang Power Cleans (135#/95#)
60 Front Squats (135#/95#)
40 Jerks (135#/95#)
20 Thrusters (135#/95#)

NOTE: One athlete works at a time & max 2 barbells per team; EMOM stop where you are and all three athletes complete 5 burpees. Workout begins with deadlifts (not burpees).

Make up 14.4

** Main class has priority…if there is no room for the 14.4 set up, those making it up must wait or hit it during the main class warm-up period**
