As Many Reps as Possible in 20 mins.
Teams of 3, one person per station:
1 minute Double unders
1 minute abmat sit ups
1 minute Ball Slams (30#/20#)
1 minute Rest
p.p.s. Something in today’s workout jacked up my back. I’m guessing it was the combination of sit ups done as fast as possible and slam balls, which were new to me.
p.p.p.s. What are we doing tomorrow? Will my back be OK with it? Time will tell …
