“That Happened”
For Time:
30 Burpees
50 Thrusters (65#/45#)
500 Meter Row OR 400 Meter Run OR 30 Calorie Bike


5 x 100 Meter sprints; for effort.

NOTE: These are MAX effort. Sprint up to dumpsters, walk back, and repeat. No more than 60-90 seconds of rest per run.

    Great first workout back after a week of sickness. Although at the end I was saying “what the F just happened” and not “yeah, I did that”

  2. Did this one in my condo gym.
    ~11 min with pair of 15 lb DBs and 200 jumping jacks

    I’m not sure what to think because I didn’t mind the 30 burpees which is unheard of for me…

  3. 7:48 Rx with the row. I’m hoping that if I keep choosing the row option, one day I’ll wake up and actually like rowing. HUGE (fun) 10am crew today.
