Great first workout back after a week of sickness. Although at the end I was saying “what the F just happened” and not “yeah, I did that”

9:57. 35# thrusters. had to adjust hands straight, elbows down cuz of hand pain
then untimed sprints.
Did this one in my condo gym.
~11 min with pair of 15 lb DBs and 200 jumping jacks
I’m not sure what to think because I didn’t mind the 30 burpees which is unheard of for me…
7:48 Rx with the row. I’m hoping that if I keep choosing the row option, one day I’ll wake up and actually like rowing. HUGE (fun) 10am crew today.
