  1. First day back after vacation and illness.

    Told myself I would sprint, then didn’t. Next time 200-meter sprints come up in a workout with other stuff, I will scale to 100 and SPRINT.

    Worked on improving FS form with light weight. 10-rep 45#; 3-rep 65#.
