    Had fun sharing a bar with the jinja’s mom this morning. I didn’t set any speed records, but I didn’t eff up my back, either. Win!

        I’ve been suffering from major laziness and CrossFit burnout. I wish I could reduce stress and build muscle by napping and eating lots of bread instead of working out. Sadly, that’s not the case.

      2. well, school has started so I have been busy with art stuff and teaching, then I was in NYC for 5 days, then I got sick, because I ALWAYS get sick in new york. But I will be back soon, I promise!

  3. Grrrreat energy today at both the 0900 & 1000 classes!! Thanks to everyone for checkin their egos at the door & working hard on this WOD…the Chief is one of my favs & it was so nice to see all of our athletes push to get extra reps while keeping their form tight. Outstanding CFRX! …and good to see a few familiar faces back in the mix 😉
