        Back was a little tight today so I a light sumo deadlift (135# maybe). I think I did it in 23:08 or something.

  1. Add tendonitis and a tricky lower back to general weenieness, and you get 36 minutes at 75#. Head touched the ground for first 3 pikes per round.
