Let’s see if this works: http://instagram.com/p/MyL_5TwdFV/ Reply It was called Hot Mess… well, that’s my name for it… Teams of 2 One person working at a time Buy-in 150 Mtn Climbers, then: 100 pullups 100 thrusters (women 55#, men ?) 100 T2B 100 med ball toss (10 ft apart; 14# women, men 20#; full squat, then toss the ball) But, every minute on the minute, teams must stop and complete 2 burpees (that sounds simple but was a total game changer) Note to self and anyone who reads this: When you see Kelly scribbling the WOD on the board on a Saturday, U-turn — do not pass go, do not collect $200.
