Today’s workout could surprise many of you as the “Workout of the Week”! We have an awesome workout lined up today that will leave everyone feeling like…what happened?! This one is just right to spark up a little bit of natural competition by giving an odd distance on the run and the perfect rep scheme to fight for unbroken sets.

Our focus today is meeting you where you are in your gymnastics. Many of you have yet to spend much time on a pull up bar over the past couple of months and will certainly feel the negative effects of it if you try to get right back on the horse where you left off. This is a PERFECT time to reel in to focus on the basics of the TTB. Aim for consistency in the reps, meaning the toes should be hitting the same point every rep, whether that is meeting the bar or utilizing a visual or tactile cue to kick your feet to.
