Ha! Thanks, CFRX for keeping me in shape to run that hilly 5K! It was actually a fast time *for me* — 32:01. And congrats to Nancy Floyd for finishing 3rd in our age group!

Peggy and I did 90% max BS. Opps! :O But! We did it! Must be getting stronger. Thanks Peggy for encouraging me to try ring dips. I did them all with green band. Yay! Glad I told the guy who asked me to give up my rings to some other guy no that I wanted the opportunity to see if I could do it because I did it 🙂

For the back squats, I used 70# and squatted to the black box.
