5 Rounds for Time:
50 Meter Sled Pull
15 Weighted Sit Ups (70#/50#)

NOTE: Rest 2 minutes between efforts.

  1. Clean and Jerk at 105. All squat cleans with split jerk.

    19:50 on the sled/sit up WOD. Used 45 for the sled and 40 for the situps.

  2. Squat clean and jerk at 95#

    We had too many folks to do the WOD for time, so we just did it for weight. 70# both on the sled and sit-ups.

  3. Enjoyed 4 pm – especially Old Joy meets New Joy (or as a coach more tactfully calls us Joy#1 and Joy#2). Welcome, Joy#2! And Happy Belated Birthday to Cassi!

    60# power clean & split jerk
    45# sled, 35# sit ups
