  2. 28:49, still recovering. On the plus side, at least I did it at 55# KB…I meant to use 45# and wondered why it was so tough. Pat must have meant 28:47 – beat me by at least 2 seconds.

  3. This was really hard for me RX since the kb is half my weight but I stuck with it and it took forever. One day the 55lb kb will be easier. The kbs were the hardest.
