  1. Up to 115# on 5×5 snatches.

    231 total reps on the tabata.

    Bonus WOD at the office this morning:
    Fire Drill: descend 15 stories using the stairs for time. 3:43.

  2. worked up to a 165# snatch, legs not cooperating today so more of a power snatch but happy to be working on the lift. 343 for the met con. bonus 30 wall balls

  3. Dear coaches, I won’t be able to do the wod today as I have injuries from CrossFit Regionals. My feet are a hurting mess from standing all day and my throat is really sore from yelling. See you soon, though.
