  3. Annie 16:43 Rx. I suppose that’s a PR since its the first time with real DUs, though obviously broken and slow.

    Prowler push was punishing. Watch out for those electrician trucks.

    Annie in 11:25 – a few DUs but mostly 3x singles because my DUs aren’t consistent.

    Prowler Push with Liz & Courtney was some real work! Thanks, Elizabeth, for taking pictures. It felt so badass exhausting but then when you look at the pic you think “that doesn’t look like much weight”– Prowler push is deceiving!

    I did Annie with singles today. Tweaked my back again this weekend, and doubles are too violent. (I know they’re not supposed to be. I’m a piker.)

    CFRX is tearing up the games. Yeah!!!
