Hi guys – I just did my first WOD at my summer box, CrossFit Petoskey (Lake Michigan). It just wasn’t the same but they also recently moved into a new space and the peeps are friendly. They do pvc warm-ups together, do a timed-warm up, the WOD then a group stretch. It’s ok, but it’s not CFRX! Miss you guys.

Had a good time. 98 reps. 35# ohs, toes to bar were nowhere near so I did very few; was frustrated since I tried one right before the wod and actually got the toes to bar. oh well, gym is good. enjoyed v-ups and mod for bridges.

97 @ 35# and toes in the general direction of the bar. For the bridge-ups and v-ups, I felt like a big flounder, floundering.
Had fun working with Marian, who rocked it at 65# and did actual bridge-ups.

Petosky…such a Polish name…reminds me of home – lol!!
106 reps, 45# OHS, 1/2 burpees, toes toward bar (even those were ugly)
Did 5-10 push ups in place of bridges
131rx. Couldn’t get any rhythm on the toes to bar. So that was slow. Great WOD though.
Bridge ups – 10 min was a bit much for me.
