Rope Climbs
Assault Bike (cal)
30 meter Light Sled Pull or Empty Prowler Push
DB hex hold (all 3 hold, but only hold when all 3 are actually working)
NOTE: Start each team at different stations so that they can all have a prowler and alley will stay clear. score as total reps at each station in comments. We can put top at each station for the day on the whiteboard

25 GHD situps or weighted situps
