      1. yup, it was Dicks. I couldn’t believe my eyes…but then I’m always the last to know. They even had PLYO BOXES! I almost got a pic of these little kids trying to lift the biggest kettlebell before their mom made a diving leap to pull them away…it would have been a really good blog pic.
        oh, they also sell tape in fashion colors/patterns for those who like a little bling 😉

  1. 22:58 55# front squats, burpee w jumping pullup from box, 20″ step ups

    Only did 50 sit ups (but I did 50 on Saturday!) & not too many holds because my back hurt. I guess I need to do more back exercises.
