“Clean Complex”
Complete the following complex 5 times:
5 Deadlifts
3 Hang Power Cleans
1 Split Jerk

NOTE: Increase load after each complete complex; no dropping between movements in complex.


“Spice Girls”
Complete 3 rounds of each movement BEFORE rotating.
1 Round = :40 seconds for Max Reps, :20 seconds Rest
1. Row for Calories
2. Air Squats
3. Push Ups
4. Kettlebell Swings (55#/35#)

  1. thanks Amy! that “afterbirth” on em is tenacious…we gave em a soap bath, sun bath, spray down with cleaner, wiped & scraped both sides, and even tried some chalk…but they’re still slippery little devils. HUGE thanks to Jessica h. for the helping hand (and artistic photos)
