  1. Great power hour today! Quarter Cindy was a little tricky- I used tiny red band and may not have gotten over the bar on all pull ups; 3 (or 4?) rds plus 7 reps

    “Run DMC” I enjoyed in that painfully good way.
    65# in ? I wrote 20:44 in my records but I think it was 29:44…

  2. This workout was proof you should not eat crap (ie, banana bread) before a workout. Did 4+10 Rx on the quarter Cindy, but felt like I was going to die the entire time during the Run DMC (30:51 @ 65#). Glad we ended the year at CFRX! Happy new year!

  3. Ruth and I went on a two-mile interval run through Citrus Village retirement trailer park where her folks live this evening. The community party was in full swing. Old folks in party hats eating potluck. Woo-hoo!
