I was definitely exhausted after all three things but it was a great way to start the week! Especially with an RX! Got 130 for 8. Row: 4:39/5:41. Second row was after 200 Situps, and I could no longer row. Reply my alternator died today, so “forced” to work at home and read out on the porch…could be worse 🙂 alt wod as prep for reindeer games: 30 deadlifts (280#) + 30 hspu. was for time but stopwatch malfunction made it for fun instead.
