Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75#/55#)
Box Jumps, 20″
Push Press (75#/55#)
Row for calories.

Repeat for 3 rounds.

NOTE: Rest 1 minute between rounds.

    Broken down as follows:
    PP: 30/20/20
    Row: 15/10/10
    WB: 20/17/19
    HP: 15/13/11
    Total: 105/85/85

    Box jumps are what really held me back

    I need to look back at previous scores. I wasn’t trying to pr but I think this may have been at least in the range of my non pregnant scores.

      Found my old scores. Last time I did this was 7/17/10 and I got 262. Best score was 278, but that was on 9/26/09….another lifetime, so I am calling today a PR.
