Welcome to Jessica A’s new CrossFit Kid!!


Clean and Jerk: On the Minute for 6 Minutes, 2 Reps @ 60%


Lateral Hops: 6 x 4 Reps

NOTE: Over and back = 2 reps. No pause on landing should. These should resemble a “Touch and Go” rep. Rest as needed between sets. Post height of object jumped over to comments. 


“Flying Biscuit”
5 Rounds For Time
50 Meter Sled Pull
30 Ab Mat Sit Ups

NOTE: 1 minute rest between rounds. Sled should be heavy enough that is forces a walk.  If you can run it’s too light. Try to keep your torso more upright and “heel to toe” as you walk.

    Working out at 6am is fantastic–gave me a really happy feeling to start the day & week this way. C&Js at 50#, sled with 25# plate.
