NOTE: Teams of three, all three working at same time. Rotate when 500m row is finished. All athletes will work 3 times at each station. For total slam ball reps and time.

    I’m lonely…

    No comments today… Terri didn’t even chime in on any of her adventures – tennis, yoga, etc… {sigh}


    1. Oh my goodness! How sad!!

      Tonight I played T2 league tennis with my friend Brenda. We lost, but what a battle we had!

      In other news, I am no longer sick and my back is about 80 percent better, so I’m thinking of coming in tomorrow. It’s hard to be an elderly CrossFitter.

      Remember that, all you youngsters.

  2. 4 pm was great–I left sweaty and thirsty! My team took longer but that just means that we did more work– the most slam balls! Tabata on top just made it more of an endurance event. Fine, I’m training for my sprint Tri.
