275 front squat. 305 for 2 reps and a third with the slightest of assistance. Need to eliminate heavy squat fear factor along with box jump fear factor.
8 rounds plus 2. Should have worked a little faster but again slight fear of eating the corner of the box needs to be gotten over.
Good to be back at 8:30 after trips to Portland, OR and the Fla gulf beaches where I swam in the waves and did a little running and a lot of eating and drinking.
