CrossFit Rx – CrossFit


As we all know, our very own Coach Chelsea is in the process of kicking cancer’s ass. She has made it through 1/6 chemotherapy treatments and is on her way! Although we may not all be able to move a barbell like she can, we can’t let Chelsea be the only one demonstrating her strength. Today, all classes will be finding a 1-rep Max Bench Press, Squat, and Deadlift with a pledge for total weight lifted.

How it works:

Regular class schedule all day. Group warm up lead by Coach followed by the remainder of class to find your 1RM in Bench Press, Deadlift & Back Squat.

Sample Pledge:

If you pledge to donate a dime for every pound lifted and your total was 600lbs your pledge would come out to $60.00. Pledges will be at your own discretion. Every little bit adds up to a huge help to benefit one of our own, so please come, please donate. Donations will be accepted via a GoFundme!
