Back Squat (4×3 @ 6/7 RPE (3-4 RIR))

Accessory

3-4 sets:

A1. Sandbag Clean x5 ( or 12 double KB cleans)

A2. Sandbag Bear Hug Alternating Reverse Lunges x8/ leg (or double KB front rack lunges)

Finisher

4-5 sets:

Hanging L-sit x 10-15s
