    Suntory Fashion: 128 (w/44# kb)
    HSPU: 6/1/0
    KB: 16/13/15
    Push-ups: 21/14/12
    C2B pull-ups: 11/9/11

    Tried the HSPUs without an abmat which proved to be quite difficult in later rounds.

    Pike pushups: 10/7/6 (knees on 24″ box)
    KBS @ 55: 14/15/10
    HR Push ups: 15/10/10
    CTB blue: 7/6/5
    Total: 115

  3. Thank God for exercise. I am a ball of stress and was feeling run down and headachy before I cam to the gym. Now I feel great.
