400m Run
21 Kettlebell Swings (55#/35#)
12 Pull Ups


“Minute of Doom”
With a continuous clock:
Air Squat
Broad Jump
Ring Dip (or Hand Release Push Up)

NOTE: Do 1 rep of each movement in first minute, 2 reps of each in the second minute, 3 in third, etc. until you cannot complete all required reps in a minute; score for total rounds + extra reps.
