Person 1: row
Person 2: max rep ABMAT sit-ups
Person 3: rest
NOTE: Switch every 250m. Rest after you row. Try to stay within 5 reps of your 1st rd of sit-ups for entire WOD. Keep a mindful eye out for Butt cherries!
