Good job everyone at 4 on 13.4! I was really happy I could get some toes to bar this afternoon! My weight was 65# (legit for Masters women 55+) and I got 32 total reps. My partner/judge Melissa H was awesome knocking out her 95# c&js and t2b. Melissa, when you submit your score, I’m B Joy & it should pop up since I”m on CrossFit RX roster.
This was a fun one! I do love a 7-minute workout.
