Reply 166 (9:04) which is, quite frankly, disappointing. I had great DUs in warm ups but could barely get an inch off the ground after Karen. After a week traveling and eating and drinking for business, not performance…I’ll take it and move on. I came home and had a big plate of premade paleo to get this thing back on track.
