166 (9:04) which is, quite frankly, disappointing. I had great DUs in warm ups but could barely get an inch off the ground after Karen. After a week traveling and eating and drinking for business, not performance…I’ll take it and move on. I came home and had a big plate of premade paleo to get this thing back on track.
My plan was to come in #1 in the world on this workout to impress Julie Foucher. Sadly, despite incredible motivation, it was not meant to be. Sorry Julie….
1. This WOD should be as many reps as possible. Not rounds. Just sayin’.

3. See you tomorrow. Today I chose a nap instead of a WOD. It did not make me stronger, and I dreamt about CrossFit.
