Holds were a bit crazy…in a good way, I guess.
soooo nice to be able to hop in with the noon crew for this…seriously needed to workout after 3 days stuck in a conference sitting on my a$$.
10:43 w/ 25# ball & slow-but-knee-friendly step downs. & loved the ab-tastic goodness (hello wrist flexibility)…then climbed a couple hours @ stone summit… was a good Friday 🙂
