60 Wall Balls (20#/14#)
50 Pull Ups
40 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
30 DB Snatch (total, alt. arms) (45#/30#)


For time:
30 Bridge Ups
30 V-Ups
Hold Bridge Up for 3 Minutes
Hold Hollow-body for 3 Minutes

NOTE: For the holds, accumulate 180 seconds in each position as quickly as possible…if you fall out of position, do not count those seconds (obvious, no?).

  3. soooo nice to be able to hop in with the noon crew for this…seriously needed to workout after 3 days stuck in a conference sitting on my a$$.
    10:43 w/ 25# ball & slow-but-knee-friendly step downs. & loved the ab-tastic goodness (hello wrist flexibility)…then climbed a couple hours @ stone summit… was a good Friday 🙂
