  1. Went light because I have not lifted more than 35 lbs over my head in over 2 months.

    Jerks felt good, no pain in my shoulder – yay!

    CTB were good, w 5, 5 on round 1
    But singles on last round
    135 was heavy but do-able. Maybe Rx next time.

  4. Another 5 WOD week (that’s 2 consecutive).
    Back on the road next week a couple of days, so my shoulder can rest.

    Not as heavy this week, but the shoulder held me back with all the overhead this week (what was up with that?).

    Kelly – on behalf of the noon class, I humbly accept your praise – I’m sure it was the split jerk that rounded out the ensemble. 🙂

    12:20ish i think at 125# and regular pull-ups (but unassisted!)

    I agree with William about 135 being heavy but do-able. Started off with good strong form. Started losing it early in round 3.

    Could have gone faster but with this past WODs focusing on OHS, snatch, etc I was excited to work on c&j mvt….I tried at each lift to think form & technique.

    I probably shouldn’t think that much DURING a WOD but at least, unlike last “Liquid Cocaine,” my shoulders were not hurting!!!

  7. Post WOD euphoric note (36 hrs later): I’m happy with my slow performance since I was the only female to RX today’s WOD!

    1. At my rate, I’ll get chest to bar pullups in another year. Ha!!! 🙂 Seriously though, go on with your bad self!! 🙂
