Reply Another 5 WOD week (that’s 2 consecutive). Back on the road next week a couple of days, so my shoulder can rest. Not as heavy this week, but the shoulder held me back with all the overhead this week (what was up with that?). Started losing it early in round 3. Reply 17:06 105#, bands (PR of 1:44) Could have gone faster but with this past WODs focusing on OHS, snatch, etc I was excited to work on c&j mvt….I tried at each lift to think form & technique. I probably shouldn’t think that much DURING a WOD but at least, unlike last “Liquid Cocaine,” my shoulders were not hurting!!!
