I probably shouldn’t think that much DURING a WOD but at least, unlike last “Liquid Cocaine,” my shoulders were not hurting!!!

135 was heavy but do-able. Maybe Rx next time.
12:25 (I think…?) at 105#. No dropped cleans, and no really ugly jerks, so I’m happy.
Another 5 WOD week (that’s 2 consecutive).
Back on the road next week a couple of days, so my shoulder can rest.
Not as heavy this week, but the shoulder held me back with all the overhead this week (what was up with that?).
Kelly – on behalf of the noon class, I humbly accept your praise – I’m sure it was the split jerk that rounded out the ensemble. 🙂

CTB felt slower than jerks, and ripped on my 2nd to last rep. Damnit.
Post WOD euphoric note (36 hrs later): I’m happy with my slow performance since I was the only female to RX today’s WOD!
At my rate, I’ll get chest to bar pullups in another year. Ha!!! 🙂 Seriously though, go on with your bad self!! 🙂
