1. Overhead Squat
     Work to 1 heavy rep
2. Snatch Balance
     Work to 1 heavy rep
3. Snatch
     Work to 1 heavy rep

      1. I am lying! Or am I? No one will know, because no one was in the class with me;) where were you guys, for he record it was 90lbs, and a few 95lb attempts

  1. 1 mile with 30# vest, untimed

    Practiced the lifts at light weights. Up to 75# for OHS, 45# for snatch balance and squat snatch.

  2. We got bumpers for home! Celebrated by doing the mile with the dog and practicing all that stuff. I’m not good at catching things in the squat position so I kept it light to do that on everything. According to Jessica, my feet are fast but my arms are SLOW.
