The Clean Complex (encore performance)
6 sets of the following Complex :
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Press
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk
High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Split Jerk
One set consists of all 12 reps. Try not to drop the bar during the entire set; if you must drop after the Overhead movements, it’s allow – just be quick to get back on the bar. Rest as needed between sets and try to increase weight after each set.
High Hang – Start with the bar at “the pockets.”
Hang – Start with the bar just above the knee.
Squat Clean – Start with the bar on the ground.
125lbs for WOD – failed on last set at 135 – should have pushed through.

i think the 8:30 class posted different numbers than the noon–your number was awesome!
ok…i did the clean complex wrong. I’m gonna do this again next week. Guess I should have read the blog before I went to class. I counted the High Hang Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean + Push Press as one and then added weight. oh well…still felt like a good push. will approach this differently next time.

finished clean complex at 115#, really happy with that.
Got up to 100 on this, which I’m pretty happy with. Hardest part was maintaining the grip through everything.
