10 Minutes: Get Upside Down…handstand, ring inversion, ring-handstand-pushups, backward roll to support???, etc.

CFHQ CHALLENGE:

First 500 athletes to complete a backward roll to support will receive a commemorative t-shirt from CrossFit HQ*. Upload video to YouTube and post link to comments on CrossFit.com (clock has been ticking since Wednesday 140101).

*Prior to attempting, athletes should be able to complete 5 strict muscle-ups and a back lever.

Teams of 2 complete the following:
AMRAP 15:
5 Snatches (95#/65#)
10 Wall Balls (20#/14#)

NOTE: One athlete completes a full round, while the other rests.

    AMRAP 15:
    5x Squat Snatch 95#
    5x Thruster 95#
    Rest exactly 30 seconds
    = 10 rounds + 3

    …and sooooo close to getting the backroll to support without a fatty band (hello mr. new goat)
