Does any of our awesome clients know where a guy with a crappy shoulder and fairly new to ATL, can do some lap swimming? The MLK pool is closed permanently.
thanks

I’ll be checking it out soon myself and can report back! I’m going to train for the Callaway Sprint Triathlon June 16th. It’s awesomely short and sweet! Join me!
Not a longterm option, but the YMCA on Clairemont Road is nice, and you can get a 7 day free pass.
I signed up recently for the sprint tri (swim in a pool!) in May that benefits the PATH- tripathlonatlanta.com in case folks are looking for other options.
Partnered with Lindel (sorry for spelling).
20 rounds + some more rowing.
25/45 PP – Lindel so could have rocked the 30’s!!
152 situps with 30# ball.
Power Clean 175x3x5
Chin Ups 3×5
@Burke. Doesn’t a certain globo-that-shant-be-named have a pool? Maybe you can do some bicep curls in the squat rack while you’re there too 🙂
I want one!!!!!
We have plenty!

Georgia Tech pool. Olympians swam there – good karma.
Emory has pools too. Awesome outdoor pool in summer. I’ve not seen the indoor but suspect it’s quality.
Dear Coach Burke,
I am so sorry no one will respond to your post. If only you could get some information.
Sincerely,
Terri
p.s. The Emory indoor pool is only open to Emory students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
p.p.s. Kiss Yellow Dog for me and tell her she is good.
Cassi-I want to do the sprint tri with you, let me know when you’re swimming. Thx
I want to to a sprint tri too!

Slam balls always come at the perfect time – today I slammed someone’s 20 pound head repeatedly and it felt oh so good 🙂
15.5 with Ashley M. Not bad for two “poor girls” that got kicked off doing the bike for an easier WOD
The bike sucks!
Great job to my little brother who volunteered to ride the bike.
Yes, Evan & Amy…my prince & princess charming that kept me off the bike from heck!!!
