NOTE: Increase weight each set if possible.


5 Rounds for time:
21 Sit-Ups
15 Hurdle Hops
9 Hang Power Snatch (95#/65#)

  1. Just listened to last week’s Barbell Shrugged podcast and they mentioned how important tracking your performance on the blog is, so I’m gonna!

    Worked up to 75 on the complex and the metcon was 12:15 RX.

    So glad to be out of the house!
