  2. I guess I did a Frappacino (not very clever). Subbed 30 cal on aerodyne (sp?) bike.

  3. We WODed at Crossfit Syracuse today. It was a nice new gym about the size of the old box. Had fun, but I miss my home gym!

  4. I learned two very important things at this workout:

    1) If we are all ever stranded in a row boat I am not the wisest choice for a rower. I’d make a better coxswain.

    2) When the workout board says **BONUS workout, 100 push-ups for time!** I should run away. 9 minutes of pure pain and today I can’t find my arms…
