  2. Just an FYI for the 6 am and 7 am group….the rx weight on the KB was supposed to be 55 and 35 so if you did more than that, you did extra credit – congrats!

    Great group at 8:30, this one was fun to watch…but I’m glad its a rest day for me – lol!

  3. 19:38 or so. I was dragging on this one, and it was HOT at 7AM! I don’t envy those of you who are headed there at noon.

    Did a whole lot of random stuff on weight used.

    After all that, I don’t feel bad about skipping yesterday 🙂

  5. 20:15, strong for a girl (women’s Rx), except for 75# thrusters and 24″ box.

    Box jumps still gas me. Fun WOD though.

    I rested way more than necessary. Just didn’t feel like pushing it tonight. But I’m glad I did it.
