Good Friday workout! Thanks Coach Ben for not making the 6:30 class do 3 rounds of the 3 position clean on every odd minute. After he saw our stunned faces, he re-evaluated how it was really supposed to go down. But of course told us we would have thanked him afterwards if we did it his way!
