This Saturday a bunch of us are meeting up at Stone Summit Climbing gym @ 5:30 pm for a few hours of climbing. Come along and put your fitness to the test in a new, fun way (and you get to wear funny shoes too). No experience/special training necessary. Hope to see you there!
p.s. Stone Summit was the location of the first ever CrossFit Sport Series Climbing Competition a few years ago…it’s da bomb
