50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press 45#
50 Good morinings 45#
50 Wall ball shots (20#/14#)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

NOTE: May sub Back Extensions for Good Mornings, but any other variation of weight or movement will not be considered RX

    WB were super slow today

    Last time I did it was in April, 2012:
    38:55 @ 35# PP, 35#kb

    What a gasser! I had to re-fuel at One Eared Stag with their African squash soup w/ ginger. It’s AMAZING. possibly Paleo? Will check.

  5. 28:32 (Rx), with good mornings rather than back extensions due to GHD congestion.

    13 minutes faster than last time (April 2012) on my first day back from a long break.

    2 minutes slower than my PR back in April 2010.

    Slowest movements were knees to elbows and burpees.

  6. Unforeseen circumstances kept me from getting into the gym, but I really wanted to do this WOD do I did a mod at home:
    Tuck jumps for box jumps
    25# plate snatch for kbs
    45# thrusters for wall balls

    I’m sure everyone in my house was really amused at my running from my garage to my kitchen (cause the pull up bar is there) to the garage to the kitchen to the garage to the front yard to do all the work.
