  1. mile run 6:48. DNF on workout due to immediate quad cramps. D is for dehydration. This kid will be chugging some serious water until the heat breaks.

  2. sooo much fun with Jenn, Rob and Yune…they rocked the system tiles. on hangs….”Flagging” had a whhooooole new meaning! and their spots are accident proof….I’m ready for loutdoors= anyone?????
