During warm-up and/or after workout, accumulate 300 seconds upside down, any way possible (e.g., handstand-holds, ring inversions, head-stands, duct-tape yourself to the wall, etc….)

    Did this with 55# and 25#. Didn’t time it officially, but I think it was 13 or 14, not including the pauses I took to work on the jump/shrug part.

    Still unable to “drop under” something heavy that I’m holding. Maybe one day …
